Thank you for your interest in the Fall 2009 Pee Wee Tennis Program.
Please use the form below to register your child and reserve a spot.
Program Policies
 
  • All payments are due on or before first day of participation (the program does not accept credit card payments at this time).
  • There will be no make-ups due to limited space in classes
  • There is a 24-hr cancellation policy for the program. Parents wishing to cancel their child's participation in the program should call (347) 231-6429. *It would be greatly appreciated if you would give us as much advance notice as possible so that those on the waiting list could be notified.
